City of Ryde is seeking a casual Customer Service Officer for the Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre to deliver exceptional front-line service. You will greet patrons, handle enquiries, and process payments while supporting Swim School administration. Flexible, casual shifts with evenings, weekends and holidays are available.

The role focuses on creating a welcoming experience, resolving issues, and maintaining accuracy in day-to-day operations in a lively team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or reception roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting patrons at the front desk
