Job summary

Harmony Auto (BYD Hornsby) is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the dealership. You will manage daily reception duties at the after-sales service front desk, coordinate maintenance activities, and support the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals.

You will promote services, manage appointments, receive customers, prepare work orders, and coordinate progress of maintenance work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Automotive or related field.
• 3+ years in automotive repair or related industries.
• 1+ year in customer service.
• Familiarity with BYD/Toyota operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop dealership maintenance services.
• Manage customer maintenance appointments.
• Receive customers and prepare work orders.
• Coordinate progress of maintenance work.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery after maintenance.
• Handle vehicle delivery and return processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate ordering of special parts.
• Implement fair and consistent warranty policies.
• Support pre-delivery inspections and new car handovers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Resolve customer issues through proactive follow-up.
