Job summary

Harmony Auto is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor for its BYD Windsor NSW flagship store. You will act as the crucial link between customers and the after-sales service team, managing reception duties, coordinating maintenance activities and supporting the Service Manager to achieve departmental goals.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or higher in Automotive, 3+ years in automotive repair, and at least 1 year in customer service, with familiarity in BYD/Toyota operations being

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop dealership maintenance services
• Manage customer maintenance appointments
• Receive customers and prepare work orders
• Coordinate progress of maintenance work
• Prepare vehicles for delivery after maintenance
• Handle vehicle delivery and return processes
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate ordering of special parts
• Implement fair and consistent warranty policies
• Support pre-delivery inspections and new car handovers
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
• Resolve customer issues through proactive follow-up
