Job summary

Harmony Auto is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to manage the end-to-end delivery process from vehicle readiness to customer handover in Melbourne. This role suits someone who is highly organized, detail oriented and enjoys direct interaction with customers and internal teams.

You will work closely with Sales, Service and PDI to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready, complete final checks and maintain accurate delivery records.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using systems and dealership software.
• Able to manage multiple deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
• Holds a current Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and customer handovers.
• Liaise with customers to confirm delivery schedules and expectations.
• Work closely with Sales, Service and PDI teams to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready.
• Complete final checks, documentation and system updates prior to handover.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and daily handover reports.
• Ensure a smooth, professional and positive delivery experience for every customer.
