Job summary

BYD Castle Hill, part of Harmony Auto, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to oversee the vehicle handover process from build to delivery. You will liaise with customers, prepare showroom-ready vehicles, and ensure all accessories and documentation are in place before release.

You will maintain CRM records, track delivery progress, and work closely with the sales team to keep delivery scheduling smooth and timely.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Coordination/admin experience in fast-paced settings.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Tech-savvy; quick to learn dealership systems.
• Holds a current Australian driver licence.
• Dealership experience preferred but not essential.
