Job summary

Harmony Auto Windsor, part of Harmony Auto NSW, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Services Coordinator to promote dealership services and manage maintenance appointments. You will receive customers, prepare work orders, and coordinate progress through to delivery and handover.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or higher in Automotive or related field.
• Knowledge of relevant laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop dealership maintenance services.
• Manage customer maintenance appointments.
• Receive customers and prepare work orders.
• Coordinate progress of maintenance work.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery after maintenance.
• Handle vehicle delivery and return processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate ordering of special parts.
• Implement fair and consistent warranty policies.
• Support pre-delivery inspections and new car handovers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Resolve customer issues through proactive follow-up.
