Job summary

Penfold Motor Group in Doncaster, Victoria, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to bring the new vehicle journey together, ensuring every handover is smooth, timely and memorable for the customer.

You will coordinate deliveries end to end, liaise with the sales team, finance and workshop, prepare vehicles and documentation, and build lasting relationships with customers from pre-delivery to handover.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, administration, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in managing multiple deliveries.
• Clear, consistent communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new vehicle deliveries end to end with end-to-end visibility.
• Liaise with sales, finance and workshop to keep delivery dates on track.
• Prepare vehicles and documentation ahead of handover for a professional experience.
• Build relationships with customers during pre-delivery and handover.
