Job summary

Werribee Automotive Group in Melbourne is seeking an Automotive Delivery Coordinator and Administration Assistant to join our team. This full-time role involves coordinating the delivery of vehicles, scheduling, and providing general admin support to the team.

You will work closely with sales and customers, prepare paperwork, assist with stock and floor plan reviews, and help with daily office tasks. Experience not essential but a can-do attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Helping coordinate delivery dates and collection times for new and used vehicles.
• Assisting with the organisation of vehicle handovers.
• Communicating with the sales team and customers regarding delivery arrangements.
• Helping prepare and organise vehicle paperwork and documentation.
• Assisting with general administration and day-to-day office tasks.
• Providing support to the team wherever needed.
• Quality control on all outgoing vehicle deliveries.
• Era/Pentana experience preferred but not essential.
• Coordinate aftermarket accessory fitting to vehicles.
• Together with Stock Control, fulfil other adhoc admin duties such as dealer swaps, registrations, etc.
• Coordinate/process vehicle repairs and get ready orders.
• Assist with acquisitions and disposal tasks.
• Reviewing floor plan levels and ensuring correct stock allocation alongside management.
