Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, admin or similar roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping in business systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone, email, and web enquiries promptly to facilitate equipment hire.
• Understand customer needs and recommend equipment, accessories, and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, reservations, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate equipment movements, transport bookings, and related administration.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records in company systems.
• Collaborate with branch, operations, and sales teams to deliver a great customer experience.
