Job summary

Skyreach is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to service, diagnose and repair a modern fleet of Elevating Work Platforms from our St Marys base. You will perform routine servicing, fault diagnostics and on-site repairs for customers along the East Coast.

Qualifications

• Trade/technical qualifications in mechanical field.
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience with Elevating Work Platforms or similar equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults.
• Complete breakdown repairs both in the workshop and on customer sites.
• Carry out machine servicing and safety checks.
• Accurately complete service reports and paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the Skyreach brand.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team based in St Marys.

Whether you're an experienced Mobile Plant Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Light Vehicle Mechanic or Auto Electrician looking to expand your skills, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for the inspection, servicing, diagnosis and repair of a modern fleet of Elevating Work Platforms and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults
• Complete breakdown repairs both in the workshop and on customer sites
• Carry out machine servicing and safety checks
• Accurately complete service reports and paperwork
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the Skyreach brand

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Mechanical trade
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
• Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills

Highly Regarded
