Web3 Australia Group pty ltd in Abbotsford, VIC is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative to grow our event portfolios across Australia and New Zealand. You will help the sales team secure new business by initiating conversations with potential customers, following up on opportunities and booking qualified meetings.

You will also research businesses, build prospect databases and assist in identifying exhibitors and sponsors for our events.

Qualifications

1–2 years in sales, account management, or customer service.
Experience with expos or trade shows is a bonus.
Comfort with making outbound calls and LinkedIn outreach.
Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential exhibitors and sponsors to introduce our events and identify sales opportunities.
Reach out through LinkedIn, email and other relevant channels to start conversations and book meetings.
Follow up with prospects consistently to build interest and move opportunities forward.
Qualify leads by understanding their business, needs and interest in our events.
Book qualified meetings for the sales team, providing clear notes and background information.
Work closely with the sales team on follow-ups and next steps.
Work towards agreed targets for outreach, qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
Research businesses and identify relevant prospects across our event portfolios.
Find key contacts and build accurate prospect databases.
Maintain CRM records, including contact details, conversations and follow-up actions.
