Job summary

ELMO Software Pty Ltd in Sydney CBD is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to source new opportunities through outbound calls and targeted emails, with some inbound follow-up. You will generate leads and nurture warm prospects from Marketing to grow the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in SDR or outbound sales, strong communication, and a proactive, resilient mindset. Salesforce experience is a plus; training is provided. This is a full-time, on-site role in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in SDR, outbound sales, or similar role.
• Ability to generate and qualify leads and build pipeline.
• Strong communication via phone, email, and presentations; rapport-building.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & outbound lead management: respond to requests and proactively prospect.
• Prospecting: identify and research suitable prospects to build relationships.
• Consultative selling: understand client needs and suggest products/services.
• Collaboration: hand off qualified opportunities to Business Development Manager.
• Data integrity: keep Salesforce indicators up-to-date for reporting.
• Market awareness: stay informed on products, pricing, and events.
