The Senior Sales Development Representative drives top-of-funnel activity, researching target accounts and running outbound programs to book qualified first meetings for the AE team.

You’ll work in a structured, coachable environment, aiming to build a path into an AE role. The role is based in Ultimo, NSW, with a hybrid working model across Australia, ASEAN and the UK.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in sales and business development
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with phone outreach and rejection
• Organised and process-driven with daily cadence
• Experience with Salesforce or similar tools

Aufgaben

• Research and map target accounts across Australia, ASEAN, and the UK
• Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
• Qualify leads and hand over to Account Executives within SLAs
• Prepare pre-meeting briefs for effective first calls
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and sales tooling
• Provide feedback to sales and marketing on signals
• Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and outbound planning
