Uc Bcf in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to deliver outstanding support and enhance client experience. This is a full-time, hybrid role with flexible start and finish times, and full training provided.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, handle 60-70 interactions daily, log requests, and help improve internal processes while contributing to team targets in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Formación

• Australian citizenship is required.
• Entry-level role with full training provided.
• Experience in a call centre or customer service is a plus but not essential.
• Proficient in computers and basic software
• Excellent phone manner and concise email communication.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails (60-70 interactions daily).
• Accurately log client requests into our systems.
• Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
• Meet client KPIs and contribute to team targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
