Job summary

SMAART Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Consultants to join a leading Australian organisation in Melbourne. The role is inbound, with training and strong support, and involves phone-based service, some admin duties, and target-driven work in a hybrid setup.

Positions start 30 November 2026 and run through to April 2027. Hybrid arrangement allows 3 days work from home and 2 days in the Melbourne CBD office, with full-time hours and weekly pay at AU$37.50 per hour plus

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre or office-based environment.
• Excellent verbal communication; friendly, professional phone manner.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Good attention to detail and accurate recording of customer information.
• Problem-solving and willingness to learn new processes.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in a busy contact centre, providing accurate information and a positive experience.
• Navigate multiple systems, maintain customer records, and perform administrative tasks.
• Work toward individual and team targets while delivering excellent service.
