Job summary

Haeusler's Group in Ravenhall, Melbourne, is seeking motivated Sales Professionals to join our high‑performing team. You will learn and showcase the full range of New and Demo vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure and an OTE of up to $150K, with a genuine 5‑day work week and no Sunday trading. Factory training and staff discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is essential.
• Automotive experience is NOT required.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Motivated to achieve targets and succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and positive attitude.
• Eager to learn and develop your career.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Competent computer skills.
• Current driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and present the full range of vehicles and services.
• Follow the dealership’s road to a sale process.
• Attend factory training and new vehicle launch events.
• Meet and greet customers professionally and promptly.
• Support senior sales staff and learn all aspects of the sales process.
• Assist with the day‑to‑day operations of the showroom.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service.
