Are you an experienced automotive sale professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a driven, results-focused Used Car Assistant Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing sales team at our Ballarat dealership.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll play a hands-on leadership role, combining your own sales performance with coaching and mentoring the sales team to maximise every opportunity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Coaching and mentoring sales consultants to improve performance and close more deals
• Working alongside the team to overcome objections and secure sales
• Reviewing daily sales activity and identifying opportunities for growth
• Ensuring all CRM leads and customer enquiries are followed up promptly and professionally
• Becoming the key decision-maker in "saving the deal" before customers leave the dealership
• Supporting the dealership's growth strategy and delivering exceptional customer experiences

About You

You are a motivated sales leader who enjoys being on the showroom floor, working closely with your team and leading from the front.

You'll bring:
