Job summary

Leopard Recruitment is seeking a Service Advisor for a newly established automotive group with multiple Melbourne sites. You will handle front of house for Retail, Internal and Warranty work.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role requires scheduling, ERA DMS usage, and delivering high standards of customer service across a 5-day week.

Qualifications

• Dealership or service centre experience required.
• Strong communication and ownership of customer queries.
• Energetic, team-oriented with attention to detail.
• Valid Australian driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for fleet and retail customers.
• Utilise ERA DMS accurately and efficiently.
• Create, cost and close Repair Orders.
• Maintain high service standards and customer relations.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for handling front of house requirements for Retail, Internal and Warranty work.

YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION

• Scheduling service appointments and managing fleet and retail customers for Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars
• Utilising DMS (ERA) proficiently and accurately
• Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
• Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A Dealership experienced Service Advisor and/or Service Receptionist
• Energy, commitment and team work
• Full Australian Drivers Licence
• Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
