Job summary

Powerhouse Recruitment is seeking a Used Car Assistant Sales Manager for our Ballarat dealership. You will lead a high-performing sales team on the showroom floor, driving targets, coaching consultants, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role offers a base salary of AU$60,000–AU$65,000 plus super, a AU$10,000 car allowance, and commission incentives, with an overall OTE around AU$150,000. Career progression is available within a growing dealership group.

• Previous experience in automotive sales leadership is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coaching and mentoring sales consultants to improve performance and close more deals.
• Working alongside the team to overcome objections and secure sales.
• Reviewing daily sales activity and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Ensuring all CRM leads and customer enquiries are followed up promptly and professionally.
• Becoming the key decision-maker in saving the deal before customers leave the dealership.
• Supporting the dealership's growth strategy and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
