Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is essential.
• Automotive experience is NOT required.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Motivated to achieve targets and succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Competent computer skills.
• Current driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and present the full range of vehicles and services.
• Follow the dealership’s “Road to a Sale” process.
• Attend factory training and new vehicle launch events.
• Meet and greet customers professionally and promptly.
• Support senior sales staff and learn all aspects of the sales process.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service.
