Job summary

Talent is seeking a Senior Leader for Enterprise Change to provide strategic oversight of organisational readiness and stakeholder engagement across a portfolio of major transformation initiatives. The role focuses on enterprise-wide impact and readiness beyond traditional change delivery, guiding sequencing and governance across concurrent transformations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation or organisational readiness.
• Proven ability to operate across multiple programs, not just single projects.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience in highly matrixed organisations.
• Exposure to ERP, enterprise technology or operating model transformation.

Responsibilities

• Establish an enterprise-wide view of readiness, change impacts and capacity.
• Identify competing priorities, dependencies and risks across programs.
• Build trusted relationships with executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Influence decisions on transformation sequencing, engagement and readiness.
• Lead senior change professionals and strengthen governance and reporting.
