Qualifications

• Experience delivering change management within project or transformation environments.
• Proven stakeholder engagement, relationship-building and facilitation skills.
• Ability to gather information, identify impacts and translate insights into practical actions.
• Experience developing communications, engagement plans and stakeholder artefacts.
• Experience identifying training needs and supporting learning and capability initiatives.
• Adaptable to different stakeholder groups and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Building trusted relationships with leaders, subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Facilitating stakeholder engagement workshops, impact discussions and readiness activities.
• Conducting stakeholder and change impact assessments.
• Translating stakeholder insights into practical artefacts and action plans.
• Developing and delivering communication plans and engagement activities.
• Conducting training needs analysis and supporting training development and delivery.
• Supporting leaders to prepare teams for change and address adoption challenges.
• Working with Project Managers to ensure benefits realization through adoption.
• Monitoring adoption, readiness and engagement throughout project delivery.
