Job summary

Atticus, a Melbourne-based scale-up, is seeking an Enterprise BDR to own the top of the funnel for APAC. You will engage prospects, qualify opportunities for Enterprise AEs and collaborate closely with the Head of Growth and events team in a hybrid Collingwood office.

The role focuses on strategic, value-led outreach rather than mass sequences, with events playing a key part in relationship-building and market expansion beyond the current ICP.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a BDR or 2+ years in GTM/consulting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prospect strategically into enterprise accounts

Responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel, engaging prospects from first contact through to discovery
• Book meetings for Enterprise AEs and collaborate with Brand, events and sales enablement teams
• Support events and help shape market expansion within and beyond the current ICP
