Job summary

Ideagen in Melbourne is seeking a BDR Manager APAC to lead and develop a team of BDRs, driving pipeline and supporting revenue growth across the region. This is a hybrid, full-time leadership role focused on coaching, performance management and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Demand Generation to align outbound strategies, monitor KPIs and foster continuous improvement across the APAC field.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BDR, SDR or similar sales development teams within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales, pipeline generation and performance metrics.
• Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or comparable sales tools.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing BDR team
• Drive activity, meeting generation, conversion performance and pipeline creation across APAC
• Monitor and manage team KPIs using data, dashboards and reporting tools
• Deliver regular coaching through call reviews, role plays and performance discussions
• Analyse team performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Demand Generation teams to align outbound strategies and pipeline objectives
• Recruit, onboard and support the development of BDR talent
• Manage forecasting, reporting and performance improvement plans where required
