Job summary

Ideagen is seeking a BDR Manager - APAC to lead a team of Business Development Representatives, driving pipeline generation and revenue growth across the APAC region. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on coaching, performance management, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in BDR/SDR teams within a SaaS environment, a data-driven mindset, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BDR/SDR or similar sales development teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales, pipeline generation and performance metrics.
• Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or comparable sales tools.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop individuals at different stages of performance.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing BDR team.
• Drive activity, meeting generation, conversion performance and pipeline creation across APAC.
• Monitor and manage team KPIs using data, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Deliver regular coaching through call reviews, role plays and performance discussions.
• Analyse team performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Demand Generation teams to align outbound strategies and pipeline objectives.
• Recruit, onboard and support the development of BDR talent.
• Manage forecasting, reporting and performance improvement plans where required.
