HiBob is seeking an Enterprise BDR in Sydney to drive strategic pipeline growth across named Australian enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees). You’ll collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives, map stakeholders, and craft tailored engagement plans to expand HiBob’s enterprise footprint.

Your role emphasizes proactive prospecting, building authentic relationships, and guiding prospects through their first steps with HiBob, in a high-growth, globally connected team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in lead generation or outbound sales.
• Interest or experience in a SaaS organization.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise pipeline across Australia for HiBob.
• Generate qualified outbound pipeline in 1,000+ employee accounts.
• Execute account-based outreach aligned to territory priorities.
• Engage HR, IT, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
• Secure high-quality meetings for Enterprise AEs.
