Job summary

Model ML Inc. in Sydney seeks an enterprise sales leader to own top client relationships across banks, advisory firms, private equity, asset managers and consulting firms.

You’ll bring in new logos, expand existing accounts and drive firm-wide rollout and renewal. You’ll work with product specialists, Growth, Product and Engineering to ensure measurable client value, adoption and ROI, while forecasting accurately and meeting quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in investment banking, private equity, or top-tier consultancy; or 5+ years carrying a quota in enterprise software or data sales to financial services.
• Proven ability to run enterprise sales cycles end to end.
• Track record of six-figure deals with banks/funds.
• Hands-on with client deliverables like decks and models.
• Strong technical fluency to converse with engineers.
• Based in Sydney or willing to relocate; willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of new logos across banks, advisory firms, private equity, asset managers and consulting firms.
• Run enterprise sales cycles through procurement, legal and security review, from first meeting to signed contract.
• Turn pilots into paid, firm-wide rollouts, then own adoption, ROI and renewal.
• Turn client problems into scalable workflows, and bring what each client needs back to Product and Engineering.
