A Melbourne/Sydney-based technology leader is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Business Development Manager to identify, develop and close high-value AI-driven opportunities across Australia. You’ll own the complete enterprise sales cycle and engage C-suite executives to unlock measurable business value through AI, automation and digital transformation.

This hunter role offers a base salary of $170-200k with uncapped OTE around $300k, and an excellent benefits package plus flexible working

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise new business sales.
• Proven track record closing complex, high-value software/tech deals.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives; AI/SaaS familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement to close.
• Engage CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, COOs and other executives.
• Identify AI use cases delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales engagements and build business cases around AI.
• Collaborate with product, solution consulting and AI specialists.
• Develop strategic account penetration plans for long-term growth.
