Sholem Aleichem College in Elsternwick is seeking an exceptional Enrolment and Engagement Coordinator to lead the college’s enrolment journey and cultivate lasting relationships with prospective, current and past families. This part-time 0.80 FTE permanent role offers opportunities to shape recruitment strategies and alumni engagement.

You will oversee the complete enrolment process, coordinate tours and information sessions, and analyse data to inform growth.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Education is essential.
• Working With Children Check is required.
• Current VIT registration and previous senior administrative or school-based experience are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the complete student enrolment journey from first enquiry through enrolment and retention.
• Coordinate tours, Open Days, information sessions and other events to engage families.
• Analyse enrolment, retention and engagement data to identify trends and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with school teams on wellbeing, inclusion and curriculum messaging.
