The role requires professionalism, discretion and strong interpersonal skills with staff, students and parents, plus excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise competing demands within a large, collaborative college team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competence and confidence in using relevant software packages e.g. Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and prior use of the College Administration package (TASS) would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures and equipment
• Working with children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Administer the enrolment process from initial family contact through to commencement and completion.
• Maintain positive, professional communication with staff, students and parents.
• Prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines in a large team.
