Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is hiring a Document Controller for its Brisbane-based engineering projects. You will oversee documentation flow, develop an internal control system, and ensure timely delivery of all project documents throughout the lifecycle.

Collaboration with engineering teams, clients, and project managers will be essential to align documentation with requirements. The role requires 4–5+ years in document control, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Aconex; excellent

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in a document controller role.
• Proven experience in document control, preferably in a software engineering or related technical environment.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Aconex and other Document Management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage documentation flow to meet project deadlines.
• Develop an internal document control system and align with customer requirements.
• Maintain project documentation lifecycles and archiving processes.
• Manage workflows to collate, issue and receive documents per project requirements.
