Job summary

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is seeking experienced Document Controllers to join our Brisbane CBD team. You will oversee the maintenance and distribution of project deliverables, ensuring records are stored accurately and your document management system runs efficiently.

Applicants should have 3+ years in document control within an engineering consultancy, knowledge of EDMS, MS Office, and be eligible to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Document Control role (engineering consultancy)
• Experience with Vendor documents beneficial
• Proficient with electronic document management systems and MS Office
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with QDMS, Aconex and/or InEight advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project deliverables using the document management system
• Perform QA/QC checks to ensure client and company standards
• Ensure controlled distribution per DRF and company procedures
• Provide support to project teams and generate status reports
• Build and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders for efficient information exchange
