Job summary

UGL's Brisbane-based Utilities Engineering group is hiring a Document Controller to set up, manage and maintain document control systems across multi-site power, energy and infrastructure projects. You’ll work with Aconex, ProjectWise, Team Binder and other EDMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery of documentation.

Based in Brisbane CBD, you’ll join a collaborative team supporting design managers, engineers and project teams, with exposure to major tenders and multi-million-dollar

Qualifications

• Hands-on document control experience in engineering, utilities, construction or heavy industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication within project teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain document control systems across projects and tenders.
• Register, track, distribute, revise and archive controlled documents.
• Coordinate design submissions and client deliverables while ensuring ISO9001 compliance.
