Job summary

DT Infrastructure in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Document Control Manager to join our on-site team. You will manage document control processes across project sites, ensuring compliance and smooth flow of documentation for infrastructure and energy projects.

You will collaborate with project delivery, engineering and construction teams, leveraging systems like Aconex, TeamBinder and Procore to maintain quality and consistency across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in document control within construction or infrastructure.
• Experience across infrastructure and/or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems (Aconex, TeamBinder, Procore).
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident communicator who can work closely with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control processes across project sites.
• Work closely with project, engineering, and construction teams.
• Coordinate workflows with onshore and offshore support teams.
• Ensure compliance with document control standards and client requirements.
• Maintain and support document management systems and processes.
