Qualifications

• 5-6 years' experience in insurance claims management with end-to-end exposure.
• Practical experience with claims lodgement and claims administration workflows.
• Business property claims experience is required for at least part of the remit
• Motor claims experience is highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Manage claims end-to-end, including lodgement and ongoing claims handling to support timely outcomes
• Collect, verify, and maintain claim documentation, ensuring records are complete and audit-ready
• Support assessment steps by gathering information, progressing actions, and meeting required timeframes
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to obtain updates and keep matters moving
• Maintain accurate system notes and activity records across all stages of the claim lifecycle
• Identify issues early, elevate complex matters appropriately, and contribute to consistent process adherence
