• Collect, verify, and maintain claim documentation, ensuring records are complete and audit-ready
• Support assessment steps by gathering information, progressing actions, and meeting required timeframes
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to obtain updates and keep matters moving
• Maintain accurate system notes and activity records across all stages of the claim lifecycle
