Job summary

Bureau Limited is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist to run day-to-day order fulfilment, freight, warehousing and installation operations for the Australian market. You will own every order from confirmation to installation, coordinating stock, freight, and installer partners while keeping customers informed.

The role is hands-on with ownership across global systems and cross-functional teams, requiring strong communication and problem-solving as the company scales in Australia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or freight coordination.
• Hands-on experience with warehousing and 3PL management.
• Experience with CRM and inventory/ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order cycle for Australia from confirmation to completion.
• Book, track and manage domestic freight for booth deliveries and parts.
• Coordinate with 3PL, warehouse and logistics for stock and deliveries.
• Drive multi-site projects end to end with stakeholders and KPIs.
• Own customer escalations on delivery timing, damage or installation quality.
