Job summary

Weber Blackstone is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the day-to-day performance and continuous improvement of our domestic logistics and warehousing operations across Australia and New Zealand. The role, based in Adelaide, will manage 3PL networks, transport partners and company-operated warehouses to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient service.

Reporting to the ANZ Supply Chain Manager, you will drive supplier relationships, cost performance and ongoing improvements while

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• Experience with multi-site operations and 3PL partnerships.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in ERP, WMS or TMS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and warehousing operations across Australia and New Zealand.
• Lead 3PL providers and transport partners to ensure service quality.
• Resolve service failures and root-cause issues.
• Monitor KPIs: delivery, fulfilment, inventory accuracy, costs.
• Manage logistics expenditure, budgeting, forecasting and supplier negotiations.
• Identify and implement efficiency and cost-to-serve improvements.
• Promote safety culture and ensure WHS/EHS/compliance.
• Lead and coach logistics and warehouse teams.
