Job summary

tonies ANZ is seeking an experienced operations leader to own domestic operations across Australia and New Zealand, establishing and managing Direct to Retail relationships, warehouse connectivity, ERP integrations and local order and invoicing processes.

You will partner with Demand Planning, Sales and Finance in a lean start-up environment, building scalable local infrastructure and delivering reliable day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in operations management, warehouse/logistics or supply chain operations.
• Proven Direct to Retail relationships and retailer compliance.
• Hands-on ERP experience including PO processing and invoicing.
• Negotiation of domestic freight and warehouse contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Australian and NZ warehouse operations and 3PL management.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, Finance and Demand Planning.
• Comfort working in a lean, dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct to Retail relationships and onboarding for new retail customers.
• Oversee warehouse connectivity and 3PL relationships, ensuring timely stock receipt and dispatch.
• Lead local ERP integrations with warehouse, freight and retailer systems.
• Manage local PO processing and invoicing end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to translate forecasts into execution.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and Customer Service to align operations with priorities.
• Document standard operating procedures as the ANZ business scales.
