Job summary

tonies ANZ is seeking a hands‑on operations leader to own domestic operations, establishing DTR relationships, overseeing warehouse connectivity, ERP integrations and local order/invoicing processes in Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Senior Sales & Operations Manager ANZ, you will collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales and Finance to translate forecasts into execution, build SOPs, drive lean processes, and support a startup culture with flexible, hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in operations management, warehouse/logistics management or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience establishing and managing Direct to Retail relationships and retailer operational compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. Business Central, SAP or similar).
• Negotiating domestic freight and warehouse contracts, rates and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage Direct to Retail relationships and onboarding for new retail customers.
• Lead warehouse connectivity and 3PL relationships, ensuring timely receipt, storage and dispatch of stock.
• Lead local ERP integrations with warehouse, freight and retailer systems (EDI, portals, order and inventory feeds).
• Set up and maintain ERP invoicing processes and master data for scalable operations.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to translate forecasts into execution and manage stock availability.
