Job summary

Weber Blackstone in Adelaide, Australia, is seeking a National Logistics Manager ANZ to lead logistics performance across Australia and New Zealand. You will oversee day-to-day logistics and warehousing operations, manage 3PL providers and transport partners, and drive safety and efficiency in the supply chain.

The role requires a relevant Supply Chain qualification, experience in multi-site logistics or 3PL, proven ability to improve service, negotiate with suppliers, and use ERP/WMS/TMS

Qualifications

• Relevant supply chain qualification and experience in logistics, warehousing or 3PL.
• Experience leading multi-site logistics and managing third-party providers.
• Proven ability to identify improvements, control costs and optimise service levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and warehousing operations across Australia and New Zealand.
• Lead 3PL providers and transport partners relationships.
• Resolve service failures and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs including delivery performance, inventory accuracy and costs.
• Manage expenditure, budgeting, forecasting and supplier negotiations.
• Identify efficiency improvements and cost-to-serve initiatives.
