Job summary

Smiths Detection is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Specialist to support Australia and New Zealand operations. This regional role manages end-to-end fulfillment, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient logistics across the ANZ network.

You will work with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses to deliver on time while driving continuous improvement in logistics processes and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and fulfillment.
• Strong experience with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and shipping partners.
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS or similar systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute service, sales, and program orders across Australia and New Zealand.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping partners, and 3PL warehouses for timely deliveries.
• Oversee domestic and international shipments, including ocean freight.
• Monitor fulfillment activities and resolve delays and inventory issues.
• Collaborate with Service, Commercial, Program Management, and Supply Chain teams.
