Job summary

ITL Limited in Melbourne, Australia seeks a part-time Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to support demand and supply planning and keep ERP data clean.

You will coordinate shipments, manage inventory movements, process orders, maintain KPI reporting, and assist the Operations Manager ANZ. The role requires two years' experience in supply chain coordination and strong Excel/AX ERP skills.

Qualifications

• At least two years in supply chain coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and AX ERP.
• Familiar with ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing demand and supply planning per policy.
• Maintain relationships with 3PL warehousing and logistics providers.
• Coordinate incoming shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Update shipment tracking and ensure goods receipt is processed in the system.
• Process inventory movements and month-end reconciliations.
• Process sales orders accurately and timely.
• Support Customer Service and provide first-time query resolution.
• Report KPIs for demand planning, supply planning, and overall supply chain operations.
