Job summary

Bovara Pty Ltd, an Australian-owned electrical products manufacturer and supplier, is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its NSW footprint from Huntingwood, Sydney. You will drive growth, manage key relationships with wholesalers, contractors and distributors, and promote a broad range of electrical products.

The role emphasizes hands-on customer engagement, market development, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver competitive solutions and profitable sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or sales in the electrical industry.
• Experience selling switchboards, enclosures or power distribution equipment.
• Strong network with Sydney NSW electrical wholesalers and contractors.
• Proven ability to develop and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth across Sydney and NSW.
• Build relationships with wholesalers, distributors, contractors, builders and key industry stakeholders.
• Develop existing customer accounts and expand product sales.
• Promote Bovara's product portfolio with technical and commercial solutions.
• Maintain market presence with regular visits, meetings and industry networking.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from enquiry to order.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
• Negotiate effectively and maintain sound commercial discipline.
• Maintain accurate CRM data on customers and opportunities.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activity to spot opportunities.
