Job summary

Pacific Talent Partners Pty Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager - Commercial to accelerate sales growth and market share in the Queensland electrical sector.

You will cultivate relationships with electrical contractors, builders and consultants, drive specification and project conversions, and promote products through technical sessions and promotions. The role focuses on developing and managing project opportunities, delivering accurate forecasts, and working with Tier 1 and Tier 2

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar sales role on major electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction project sales processes and the electrical market.
• Excellent analytical and forecasting capabilities with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue, project intake targets and profitability across Queensland.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 electrical contractors, consultants, engineers, builders, developers and wholesalers.
• Identify and convert project opportunities, secure product specifications and support project conversions from design to sales.
• Deliver product presentations, seminars and technical training to boost demand creation.
• Maintain opportunity records and provide detailed sales forecasts and pipeline updates in Salesforce.
• Adhere to company policies, commercial guidelines and safety practices.
