YMCA Queensland is seeking an Educational Leader to join the Virginia Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part-time basis. You will shape engaging programs for children, guide educators, and champion play-based learning in a supportive, inclusive environment.

You’ll lead by example, support professional development, and collaborate with families and schools to build a strong child-centred program while ensuring compliance and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services (desirable) and minimum three years’ experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of the approved learning framework.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
