Job summary

YMCA Queensland is looking for an enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part-time basis on the Gold Coast. You will help shape engaging programs that support children’s learning and development outside of school hours, and you’ll guide a team of educators to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent (desirable).
• Minimum three years’ experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of the approved learning framework.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Guide, motivate, and empower educators to shine and reach their full potential.
• Champion child-centred, play-based learning that aligns with the latest frameworks and puts kids first.
