Job summary

Guardian Export Park is seeking an Educational Leader to guide curriculum implementation and support educators in delivering high-quality learning experiences for children daily.

You will drive meaningful assessment, coaching, and reflect on practice to strengthen outcomes and contribute to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan, fostering a culture where ideas are shared and learning grows.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a higher-level qualification (e.g. Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• Previous experience in early childhood education is desirable.
• Valid Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose by guiding the implementation of our unique To BE Me learning program.
• Support educator growth through coaching, collaboration and reflective practice.
• Strengthen learning outcomes by supporting meaningful assessment and documentation.
• Set the standard for high-quality teaching and learning across the centre.
• Drive continuous improvement by contributing to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.
• Create a culture of learning where educators feel confident to share ideas, try new approaches and grow.
