Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking an Educational Leader in Caloundra to shape educational practice across the centre. You will work with the Centre Manager and leadership team to coach Educators and Teachers, elevate curriculum and pedagogy, and design meaningful learning experiences for every child.

You’ll be supported by our Quality and Curriculum Team and the Educational Leader Network to share ideas, reflect on practice and grow your impact.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and approved learning frameworks.
• Experience guiding, coaching or mentoring Educators and Teachers.
• Confidence supporting curriculum, planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Working with Children Check, child protection training and first aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Lead and strengthen educational practice across the centre.
• Coach, mentor and build the capability of Educators and Teachers.
• Inspire high-quality curriculum, pedagogy and inclusive practice.
• Support teams to implement Thrive and To Be Me initiatives.
• Guide reflective practice, planning and meaningful documentation.
• Contribute to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.
• Build trusted relationships with children, families and your team.
