Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking an Educational Leader to guide a team of educators in creating thoughtful and provoking experiences for every child. Drive the National Learning, Research and Development Program and foster ongoing professional development across our group.

You will mentor educators, coordinate cross-site initiatives, and ensure high-quality, inclusive learning experiences while working in rotating shifts to support our centres’ needs.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or above.
• Educational Leader with at least 12 months of experience.
• Current and state-relevant Working with Children Check.
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Certificates.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months.
• Must be available to work rotating shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide educators to develop thoughtful, provoking experiences for every child.
• Advance the National Learning, Research and Development Program (NLRDP) and support professional growth.
• Mentor educators through regular training, think tanks, and collaboration across Australia.
